We offer 2 types of service plans to fit the needs of any sized business:
- A set number of “hours” per month, hours to be used as needed or requested, with behind the scenes maintenance performed automatically every month. Hours are based on the amount of time your office will need support. Overage hours billed at a discounted rate the following month. (Ideal for medium to larger businesses with 10+ workstations/devices.
- A set price per workstation/server including unlimited support for that device during the month. Project hours are billed at normal rate. (Ideal for small to medium sized businesses with 10 or less workstations/devices). Option #2 includes Anti-virus & Remote software built in.
